    No, it doesn't bother me

It kinda does, but I don't really notice

Well, I don’t have a halo, but I can’t imagine a band which wouldnot be covered by your beast (and I mean that in the most drooling and respectful way).  It would have to have the hugest curve ever and would look kind of silly. I love your set, covered band and all.

secondtimecharm:  agreed. I’ve seen my halo with a wedding band and sure, there’s a little overlap but nothing like yours!

Lil bit of an overlap, but I don’t mind.

ifrench:  To be honest, I would have thought your rings were a split shank single ring.

It doesn’t bug me at all, but I picked a band that was very distinct from the shank of my halo. I knew there’d be overlap and I wanted contrast.

    n/a, I embrace my “gap”

I like the split shank look so I got side stones on my e ring and a half eternity on my band.

My bigger thing is I didn’t want a band that *wouldnt* be completely covered by my band!  I wanted the stone to still look relatively centered. I searched for the thinnest band I could find in order to achieve that and I LOVE my set.

i have a curved band, so it doesn’t cover it all all.

My band is only covered a little by my halo, so it doesn’t bother me.

ifrench:  that’s actually one of the reasons I’m opting for a plain wedding band. I had originally wanted a twisted wedding band, but once I realized that my ering covered a lot of it, it seemed silly. So plain band instead, and maybe the twisted band for an anniversary that I can wear solo 🙂
