So, I know I’m new to this whole thing and I know I’m supposed to have colors but I’m just not good at this. So, my colors are: navy, olive green, and slate. The girls dresses are navy and I picture them carrying just greenery as their flowers…I’m just not sure where to pull in the olive green and slate in the reception. Any ideas are much appreciated! Thanks so much bees 🙂

How cute would it be to have olive appetizers of some sort, or put olives in water with floating candles? You could also incorporate the colors into your favors. As far as the slate goes, I’m really not to sure on that! Sorry, but the bees will be able to help you more. Best of Luck.

I like incorporating olives! Thanks for that 🙂 what about slate grey linens on the tables??

I think the slate table linens with the white flowers will be really pretty.

I used my colors (teal/turquoise and chocolate brown) in the attire, the flowers, anything paper wise (invitations, programs, menus, place cards, table numbers) and in the linens & chairs as well. We did a teal tablecloth with chocolate brown napkins and chairpads on the chiavaris.

We’re using them for a lot of the elements mentioned above and also favors, accessories for the girls and me, guys vests/ties, and decor elements like candles and photo frames.
We won’t have everything matching perfectly though – that’s not something you *have* to go crazy about, I think.
Also, I think with two colors it might be a little easier to coordinate everything than with three, if you are having trouble. Though I think your color combination is beautiful.
