@MASPA: If your ring has been sized or repaired you shouldn’t used Windex because the ammonia will discolour the solder.

I soak mine in a solution of Mr. Clean and warm water, then brush with a toothbrush.  I clean mine every couple of days.

I’m lucky. My Fiance works at a pawn shop and they have a professional grade steamer and a sonic jewelry cleaner. 

Once a week he steams it for me and about every other month he puts it in the sonic cleaner. He only does it every other month in the sonic because the vibration can loosen the stones.

I swear this is the BEST way to clean your ring, esp if it has pave: Use the Connoisseur’s stuff and then while it’s still wet, before rinsing, hold it in some steam (I use a tea kettle and tongs). The steam will make the cleaner bubble and get into every nook and cranny. Then rinse and dry and it will be as clean as any jeweler can get it.
