I’m looking for some recipes, tips, inspiration to make bland proteins – chicken, turkey, lean beef – interesting and flavorful! I’m trying to lose weight and my trainer says I can have 150g of the above proteins at lunch or dinner, but I’m getting really bored! Especially with the cold options for work/on the road. Im allowed to add spices, lemon, garlic, vegetables, and anything low fat/low calorie. Please help with your recipes and ideas!

For breakfast, I make sweet potato bakes with eggs whipped in and topped with lean ground beef, spinach, baby tomatoes, and onions/mushrooms if my husband lets me! It’s a great healthy quick breakfast.
Search “whole 30” on pinterest/google and find healthy recipes there. Some of them are involved, some are easy.
