lately i have not been feeling too good about myself. my skins not too good, i’ve gained a bit of weight and i just feel crap in general. my fiance always tells me i’m pretty and i’m beautiful but as you all probably know, when you feel like shit, it doesnt matter what anybody says.
only good thing is my hair is finally growing after having it above shoulder length for what seems like years!
do any of you ladies have tips on how you make yourselves feel sexy?

Working out!! Going on a nice run or any other active type of thing always makes me feel better about myself in general (mentally and physically).

I’d like to know as well. Doing my hair makes me feel better but I’ve been in a rut physically and haven’t been too pleased with my appearance. Often times I dye my hair or get a cut and it gives me a confidence boost, perhaps I’ll do that this weekend 🙂

When I feel bad, I’ll go for a walk/jog and then I drink water all day long. It makes me feel like I’m flushing all the bad stuff out.

Realize that we are our own harshest critics, usually, and what we see as flaws the rest of the world doesn’t perceive as such. What the outside world perceives is more about personality and inner beauty, as well as a positive attitude; at least after the first ten minutes of knowing someone.
Feeling sexy comes from inside, as well as from your outer beauty, so work on learning about your own self-worth. Once you love yourself for who you are, feeling sexy and beautiful will come more easily, regardless of how you might physically look on any given day.
We all have bad skin days, bad hair days and bloated days. It’s part of being human and part of being a woman. So don’t feel alone.

Aww, I know how you feel. To make myself feel better, I’ll put on makeup (I never wear makeup) and fix my hair. Then I’ll put on a cute outfit and maybe some jewelry.
Dressing up a little like that always makes me feel prettier. Maybe you can try something like that!

I use self-tanner… And lots and lots of bronzer! 😉
