Any unnecessary weight is going to affect your BMI. While I don’t think it’s going to take you up a few notches alone, it would be enough to “tip you over the scales” so to speak as well as other factors that are not directly linked to your health, so to speak.

Think BMI is bull but it did give me a geography lesson never heard of Lesotho. Now I have.

@Rachel631:  And I thought I was doing good.  At least I have sometime to not be a fatass (according to the BMI scale).  Only 30 more pounds to lose, which makes me happy.  But no more BMI shit for me, I will just use a tape measure and a scale.  LOL!!
