Use waterproof mascara. I am going to cry, I know I am. I think its good. Its your raw emotion, there is no shame in showing how much you love that man  you are marrying that day!! Let it all out!!!

Most people avoid crying by not thinking about what they’re doing, but in the case of getting married, that’s probably not the way to go. πŸ™‚  Just keep some hankies handy!

@ms_nickie:  ya, thats normally what i do, but for my wedding ceremony, that was also the last thing i wanted to do!!!! i took lots of deep breaths and it helped to keep me relatively stable thoughout.  i mean, i cried walking down the aisle. i choked up while saying my vow – had to pause and take deep breaths to finish – but overall, i was able to focus on what was happening AND not sob the *whole* time!

Crying is fine! Don’t worry! Just maybe avoid open weeping to keep guests from thinking it’s an arranged marriage? πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

I think tears are better than being numb the whole day and wishing you could of felt more of it years later! That’s what I hear at least πŸ™‚

Let ’em out girl!

I cry at everything, i blame my mom! She is the same way. I know that I am going to cry my eyes out probably the entire day! Just hav eto make sure to have plenty of tissues around, waterproof EVERYTHING, and hopefully can speak without that crazy crying voice.

Ohhh I plan on being a mess walking down the aisle.  I have been so emotional during wedding planning already because thinking of how my dad isnt here to walk me downt he aisle anymore just tears me up inside. ( I lost him to cancer two years ago). I think I will cry walking down the aisle, then I think I will be okay during the actually ceremony, and then cry when I dance with my mom!

I didn’t cry, because my dad didn’t cry πŸ™‚ Everyone was happy and tearless, so that’s what helped me. But even if they were crying… I have a feeling I wouldn’t. I just don’t cry that often.

I didnt cry but I had emotional moments where I was holding back tears. I wanted to get waterproof mascara but its not as thick as the other mascaras and I had a hard time putting it on at the sephora counter so I ended up getting  this mascara by stila and evn though its  not waterproof it doesnt run at all

I know I’m going to cry mainly because I know he’s going to cry. I’m more worried about reddness since I become Rudolph the instant I get teary-eyed. I’ve heard antihystamines help it, but I’m not sure how I can test it 1st? Maybe I’ll try watching The Fox and The Hound *sniff*

I was at a wedding recently where the groom cried and the bride didn’t…EVERYONE at the wedding was talking about it at the reception.  Since it was a family wedding I think I will fake tears if none come just so no one bad mouths me that way O.O.
