    I would say it varies based on where the speaker is from.  Here down south you’d probably get a whole different pronunciation, as you would if you were in NJ or Seattle.

    I *think* it should be 3 syllables (like, that is knowledge in my head,) but I think I would end up pronouncing it 2.

    It is my male cousin’s middle name and it always kind of gets glossed over/mushed, but if I’m thinking it through, I do 3 syllables.

    @BeatlesFan629:  i prefer 2 syllabyls. 3 sounds like what birds are kept in.  an avery.
