Not doing it.

Seriously, I take like 2 days off from wedding planning per week.  I try not to talk about it, look at stuff related to it, or take calls/emails regarding it.

And yoga/exercise.

I think not talking about it is the hardest part for me.  My wedding isn’t until next year and it’s all I think about. haha.  But I’ve been working out – running or doing some work out videos and it takes my mind off things.  It sounds like you’ve gotten a lot off your list though.  That’s wonderful! 🙂

Try to relax…you still have plenty of time plus you have SO much done. Take a break for yourself and do non-wedding related things. Remember, your wedding is just one day. It’s not worth it to get so stressed out! Hang in there!!

I agree with @bells219, take some time off from wedding planning and come back in a few weeks. 🙂

I turn off WeddingBee (sorry guys hehehe I love it here I do) and put away everything wedding and have a cuddle with Fiance… Makes me remember why all this stress is worth it… Even WHEN he is being a pain in the ass and not helping with the wording for the invitations (oooops breathe 🙂 <~~~ that was today’s annoyance but they are all done now :))

Yep, it’s just like everyone’s saying, you have to take breaks from planning.  Even if it means everything may not be totally on schedule, you just need to put everything aside and do something you love to do.
