I only take my ring off when I do deep cleaning usually once a week and then I always put it in our jewelry box and if I forget to put it on I usually remember the next day

Definitely get the dish! In fact, get a couple! We have 4 strategically placed around the house (all were gifts, and that is what I get anyone once they’re engaged now!) We have one on my nightstand – which is where my ring lives all night and any time I workout – one in the bathroom – in case I put on lotion or hop in the shower -one in the kitchen, and one in the living rooom. No matter when I take it off, its always in one of those dishes! I have left it at home a few times (always when it is by the kitchen sink, I told my husband I just need to stop doing dishes!!), but since I usually leave it on my nightstand where my phone and my watch are, it became a habit to put on my watch and put on my ring at the same time. Then I grab my phone and head out! You’ll get used to it before too long!

marybee22 : it’s just become part of my routine to put it on when I get dressed. Keep it near your underwear so you’ll see it first thing in the morning! Sometimes I still forget if I’m in a super rush, but not too often. I also chose a wedding band without stones so that I don’t have to baby it too much. The e-ring comes off a lot, but my band is always on so I’m at least not totally naked.

marybee22 : I had a promise ring for 1+ years before getting engaged so the transition to wearing my engagement ring was super easy becasue my hands felt awkwardly naked without it. But I do remember when I first started wearing rings, I’d forget all the time. I started placing them on my vanity where I do my makeup so when I start getting ready in the morning I slip it on, I still do that for my rhr and it’s super helpful! I’ve transitioned to always wearing my engagement ring though (unless im showering or at the pool)

I am a huge jewelry person anyway so I never leave home without putting it all on. Also, I only take off my ring to shower or clean.

I put it by my deodorant or by my lotion so I can apply the. Put them on.

I used to forget it about once a week, but it’s become a habit now that it’s rare that I forget to wear my rings. As others have said, my finger feels weird with it.
I keep mine on my bedside table. I have a vintage dachshund valet, and my ring goes on it’s tail. I put it on after I’m finished getting ready, usually when I go back into the bedroom to tell my husband goodbye, or to put the dog in his cage (which is next to my nightstand).
