Take Biotin and let them grow out. There’s really nothing you can do about it until they grow out and return to normal.

I’d put in a gel overlay on top of your own nails, and just let it grow out. That way the gel will protect your natural nail whilst it strengthens, so you won’t injure yourself as easily. It’ll look funky at some point when it’s halfway off – more so if you get coloured gel! But it’s definitely worth it. Whenever I take my tips off, I do it this way, just to keep my nails looking their best.

No worries, buff them VERY gently to a smooth surface, and the cover with Butter London’s base coat, it evens out the rough edges with a natural matte finish.
