We usually dice onions and bell peppers then add them to the ground beef along with crushed crakers, an egg, salt, pepper, and worcestershire. Top with provolone cheese, sauteed onions and mushrooms, spinach, and tomato. Completely delicious!

@Rubbs:  Worchester Sauce, a little bit of pepper, a dash of tabasco, and a pint of salt! It gives it a bit of tang but keeps the nice natural flavor of the beef 🙂

I don’t add anything to them. I usually sprinkle the patties with a little white truffle salt and then fry them in a cast iron skillet. Then I use some of the grease to brown the buns. I like to use pretzel buns. I’ll add toppings like caramelized onions, roasted red pepper, horseradish, spicy dijon mustard, curry ketchup, various cheeses including bleu and Irish cheddar, red onions, and arugula. I make a mean burger.

Im a huge lover of granulated garlic, black pepper and some Tabassco sause.
