@GelaMac:  Keep changing the stone!! LOL

I think new bands are a great way to spice it up. Or wedding stackers under your ring looks cool too. Sorry I don’t have pics as I haven’t kept a ring long enough lmao

I’ve been married for ages, so I have about 15 rings (mostly silver/cz) that I wear.  Yeah, I like variety.  LOL  My husband does’t care, I was so excited to spend my life with him that we didn’t even buy a ring (or think about them, for that matter) until after we were engaged.

I like stackers…eternity bands and plain bands to stack together or with an e-ring.  With kids and a pool, I prefer to wear cheapies during the summer so I don’t ruin my good rings.

I like the idea of cheapies too – cute CZ’s that you can switch up.

I have done the stacking in different metals, and then added on gemstone stackers, and thought about a reset, but I m too sentimental.  So then I started making alternate sets…  And that is what has “cured” my boredom AND made me fall back in love with my original set.  Now that I don’t wear it everyday, I miss it, and I love how it is so different from my other sets.

original set, peachy pink set, ruby set, new blue pear moissy being set into  halo.

@GelaMac:  Like the rings will be so heavy my finger will fall off.. I just don’t like too many rings on one finger. I drool on how it looks on other though.

Thanks!!  Maybe look into coloured gems then.  😉  I find I like to add variety with colour, and you can get a lot of gems for great prices, like less than $200.  Solitaires are obs the cheapest way to set something, but if it is just an alternate, and not an everyday ring, even ebay vendors like LOGR have great diamond semi mounts at great prices.  They aren’t durable for everyday wear for a lifetime, but they are fine for mixing it up pieces.

I also have some cheap blingy eternity bands from HSN etc, and they are great for just more variety.

SmileI have LOTS of rings, some diamonds, some CA, some sapphire. I said I. Wouldn’t do the switcharoo but I do LOL. I love my engagement ring, but since I picked it and he proposed without one it’s not overly sentimental…the pictures I have of the beach where he proposed are more so
