Wedding planning is so fun, but it definitely has it’s moments. How do you make it through? I just keep reminding myself how amazing the day will be no matter what, and I always ask myself, “Will I care about this detail I’m freaking out about on our wedding day?” I’ve had to remind myself of that SO many times today, I think the stress is getting to me! One more month!

Ohhhh, boy – I was a sane, calm, organized person (for the most part) until the last month. Then it just TOOK OVER MY BRAIN. Wedding Brain was a real thing.
Honestly – I cleared my schedule as much as possible so I could be a little crazy and spend a lot of time on the wedding. 3 days before the wedding I went and got a massage and that was awesome.
Lists lists lists. Get stuff out of your brain and onto paper. My motto was that I wanted the wedding to be able to go off without a hitch (because I’d written so much stuff down), even if I wasn’t there. LOL!
Get plenty of sleep. It’s so hard, but you neeeeed it.
Plan a couple of date nights that are totally unrelated to the wedding, no wedding talk (it is HARD though).
And know, this too shall pass. It is SO hard a month before the wedding to remember that, and I hate giving advice like that because I was exactly where you were not that long ago, but it really and truly is all over in the blink of an eye and then life goes on very much back to normal and the wedding quickly becomes just a memory. Enjoy this time of intense focus and being a bride. It seemed like the last two weeks everyone else really got into it and things REALLY ramped up.
