You do not need to have it MADE per say

If your ring came as a set as mine did your jewler should be able to order you the other band as a single piece.

I tried many bands(I work for a jewler) and non matched perfect. I had to order the half of the set. It took about 8 weeks to get in.

These are my rings.

I wear the slimmer two together (soldered) on my left ring finger and the wider one on my right ring finger. We planned it this way when we purchased the 2nd band (the wide one) so that I can wear it alone on my left hand when I can’t/don’t want to wear my solitaire set.

I love your rings! And how fun to have a ring twin!

I plan to wear them Just like they are in the picture most of the time.

I will have one of my bands (the one that is engraved with our wedding date) put  on during the ceremony and then I will add my e ring and other band after the ceremony.

I decided on not having them soldered together since I want to be able to switch it up and wear them all together separate and eveery other which way LOL

@Mz Izzie: Thank you 🙂 Loving being married, and the day was worth all the planning.

What we did for the ceremony was that I wore the e-ring on my right hand, and he put both the skinny band and wide band onto my left, so they could both still “technically” be wedding bands (I’m silly, but that was important to me). Right after the ceremony, before the reception, I switched them around to the way I wear them now. Then after our honeymoon, we dropped off the solitaire set to be soldered.

I dont know, but your post tonight made up for it!! Ment to bee 🙂

but how excting is it to actually see what your ring would look like with two bands without having to wait loL.

I wanted to wear mine too mut I decided I want to(try) to never take my actual wedding band off if I can help it unless it is being cleaned or God forbid something happens.

Plus my Grandma scared the beegezzus (SP?) outta me when she told me that if I took my wedding band off in the first 24 hours my marriage would be cursed. LOL I know sounds crazy but it is a old family superstitionand I am not taking any chances so I will just wear my e ring on my right had untill after the ceremony.

So after the ceremony(I mean right after we might not make it down the asile) I will put on my e ring and other band

@Mz Izzie:  I think your rings would look beautiful with another band on the other side of your e-ring! It’s very cool that you have a ring twin who could show you how it would look!

I wear three rings, but the very thin one at the top is an anniversary band that I received from my second anniversary. I wanted it to be very thin so that it would not compete with my other two rings; however, since I’ve had it, I have been wondering if I should — one day — get another band to match my wedding ring. I’m not sure if I would like it or not.

@indibee:  Just had to say your e-ring is gorgeous!! I love the way the metal surrounds your diamond to make it have a more square appearance!

@Brielle: Thank you! It’s one I inherited from my grandma (who inherited it from her aunt) so it’s from the 30s/40s we thing. I like that it makes the setting feel a bit more secure, and the diamond looks bigger, too. Haha. That’s always a nice perk. I wasn’t dead set on a round or a princess/square, so I sort of get both 🙂
