My primary is quality time and secondary is words of affirmation, and I’m pretty sure his are acts of service and physical touch (not sure what order but going to find out). We’d been miscommunicating our love for a while and now that I’ve read this I started doing a few household things he normally does (and doesn’t mind/even enjoys doing) and the difference is already substantial! Pretty incredible.

I am also Quality Time and his is Acts of Service. We just read the book. I vacuum (we have a robot vacuum), sometimes put away/do dishes, make the bed in the A.M, and cook/prep allmost all meals minus the occasional takeout, and sometimes do or help with other chores. He always makes sure to be super attentive after long workdays if I say I need to talk, he leaves me a love note every morning, he always tries to eat dinner with me and talk, and he now leaves work earlier to commute home with me a few days a week. He also cuddles me every night 🙂 We are both very happy with this routine.
