My sister wore a sash and a little underskirt thing to make her stand out.  Looked really cute!

My bridesmaids are all wearing different style dresses in the same color. But my MOH’s dress has a rhinestone thing on the belt, so she will stand up by having a little more bling 🙂

My 3 BM’s are probably going to be in different shades of blue, and my Maid/Matron of Honor will be in a different colour: probably grey/silver, or ivory/cream. I’m also getting her a very different bouquet: it will be larger than the others, but also with different flowers/colours.

Otherwise I don’t think there’s much you can do; I don’t think jewellery would really work, as it won’t stand out that much to be noticeable

Easy, she’s the only one! Had I decided to do a bridal party I probably would have put her in a different colour dress.

my Maid/Matron of Honor will have a brooch on her sash, as well as a bouquet that is a bit different from the other BMs

My MOH’s dress is a halter top versus strapless so she already stands out a bit.

You could incorporate a bit of distinction into her bouquet, I have seen this done at a few weddings and it works well.
