First off, EWWWWWWWWWWW.

Second…maybe they didn’t want to invest in air conditioning and would stick their heads in the freezer in the summer to cool off? Or they were big-time multitaskers and would groom themselves while preparing dinner…

Naw, it’s probably the severed head.

Perhaps when they put stuff in the freezer from the grocery store, it would be stuck to whatever they put in there weather on a handle or something? My hair falls out alot, and I find hair EVERYWHERE

I’ll be honest, I have to clean our fridge constantly, but I find hair too!

I think the exhaust fans suck it up and it gets blown in. If you are like me, your hair sheds constantly, and so over time there’s a good chance you might find a piece in the bottom.

Just my theory!

I’d probably just buy a new freezer, ya know, just in case there was a severed head in there…Frown

Any chance you could just buy a new fridge That whole thing would skeeve me out! My guess would be someone was constantly bending over ( to access the freezer) and hair fell out.

Personally I would be embarrassed to give away a fridge with my hair in it and the house gross. People are crazy! Was it a foreclsoure or short sale?

@KoiKove: Thanks! 🙂

Honestly, though, I don’t get how people can leave a place that disgusting for the next residents. Every apartment I’ve moved into has had pasta bits in the drawers, or sticky stuff on the shelves (I still don’t want to know what it was; no matter how hard I scrubbed I still couldn’t get rid of it so I ended up having to add more shelf paper on top!), or dirty old trays of ice in the freezer…one place had a complete set of cartoon frog shower curtain rings hidden above the range hood!

This is the thanks I get for leaving all my abodes spotless for the next tenants…hey, karma? What gives?

@KoiKove:  My hair is very long and ends up in there. 😀 I would take a picture, but there’s nothing there since I just cleaned it this morning.

I’m not sure about the exhaust just getting stuck. It could just be blowing in  from the door for all I know.  I just know I don’t want to see it so it must be cleaned!!!!!! o_O

Although it is extremely disgusting, if Fiance saw that picture he would be laughing his ass off.

I am the ultimate hair shedder.  I have long black hair.  My hair texture is thin, but I have a ton of it and I am constantly leaving my mark places.  It’s gross.  I practically have to wear a hair net even when I’m cooking at home.

Maybe they put a severed head in there? 😛

I dunno.  It’s gross though.  The title of this thread made me laugh.
