I have just been called for a second interview to be an account manager for a food and wine tour company.
The first interview was by one of the co-founders, now I will be interviewed by the other co-founder. They are a small company (they only have 13 employees).
I am just wondering how the second interview normally differs from the first one? The first one went on for one hour and was the usual questions (tell us about mistake you have made, what is your dream job, tell us about a time communication broke down….etc etc).
I live in a non English speaking country and they are looking for someone who is passionate about the food in this country. They said the majority of my clients would be buinesses wanting to book tours for team building activities. I am very passionate about thsi country I live in, I just hope it comes across in my interview.
Any tips for me? I am nervous!
