wow, they are on the ball! i’m standing in a wedding in seattle this july and i still haven’t gotten my hotel yet! granted, i’m not staying in the hotel the bride & groom selected since the rates are still too much with their discount rate [but what can you expect during 4th of july weekend?] but as far as i know, only the couple and her parents have booked.

Well, they do say that the early bird catches the worm. Some people will wait until around three months before the exact wedding date to make a reservation. However, like SerenaSF said, once people decide to attend, they will probably take care of all the things they need as early as possible.

It’s unavoidable because because the sooner you have planned your budget and schedule, the sooner you can be at ease. I’m saying once you get done with it, all you need to do is wait for the wedding day itself. RIght?

I’m glad to see this! We’re doing our e-pics this weekend so we can get our save the dates ordered and sent out in the hope that people get right to booking rooms. There’s another event in town that weekend, so I really hope our guests check out the website and book up their rooms quickly so we can expand the block if we have to. You give me hope, @KatNYC2011:!
