(Closed) How easy to change to a sweetheart neckline?

Very easy. Please, dont let the seamstress do that awful “pinch” though. Some seamstresses try to shortcut by gathering the fabric betwwen the “girls” and stitching it. It looks terrible, and throws off the fit. Its more work, but I always cut the sweetheart and finish it. To me, its much more professional looking.

I guess it wouldn’t be that difficult, but I personally love that neckline the way it is!

the girls at the boutique told me today that since my gown doesn’t have any boning in the chest area, that it shoudl be simpler to cut down into a sweetheart from straight across. so i guess if your gown is mostly just fabric along the top then it shouldn’t be too difficult to change it to a true sweetheart.
