FH and I live 2 hours away from our hometown. We went from small town to mid sized town, so the traffic is different from home, and people seem to be a little more open minded here.

But FH and I were looking into a vacation home on MarsLaughing

Grew up in Dallas, Texas. Currently live in Berkeley, CA. It’s so different, it may as well BE Mars.

I was born and raised in Vancouver, BC and now live in a small city outside of Calgary, Alberta. Just under 1.5 hour flight, but a 10-12 hour drive through the Rocky Mountains.

I grew up in Orange County, CA, and I live about 50 miles away, in the Valley.  From how I complain all the time, you would think we live 3000 miles away!!!

I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to move back there, because housing is completely rediculous.  A 2 bedroom apartment with a washer/dryer is $1900, minimum, and just 20 miles north, you can get that for $1400.
