@abax:  I went on it!  It’s pretty awesome…1. because it’s the train in the movies and 2. because it’s a steam train in SCOTLAND.  Mallaig is pretty darn cool, too, as is Fort William.

Hmm I can’t find my pictures from that trip.  Grr.

Do it!!! My bridal shower is going to be harry potter themed :] and while Im sure it will be cheesy since my moh is not the most creative person but she tries lol. If we had a venue worthy of HP close by we would have done it! Btw we went to the opening weekend of The wizarding world and if you haven’t been GO!!! They are adding on soon 🙂 to include a hogsmeade and a Hogwarts express you can ride to the other part of the WW .. Soo excited!

This is awesome! I can imagine decking out the entire venue in emerald green and silver! I was placed in slytherin on pottermore and so was he! <3 I might throw some clues in to my maid of honor for my bridal shower next year!

We’re getting married in a castle in scotland , and I would totally have done a harry potter theme, but my mother would have flipped out and I tend to “over commit” to a theme lol

Any how the castle sent me floor plans (total geeky happiness ) and I really wanted to “tag” our guests so we could then show their movements on the floor plans – essentially a real wedding mauraders map!

Apparently electronically tagging your guests like criminals is poor form and bad etiquette – sigh 🙁 but I thought you ladies sounded like you’d get where I was coming from
