1. Do you baby it or do you wear it to do everything? I wear my ring for everything

2. What is the metal of your ring? 14K yellow gold

3. How long have you had it? 1yr +

4.How well has it held up/any damage or wear? Ever had to have it repaired?

It has held up well.  I have worn it to the beach, whild doing yard work and crafts and have had no issues.  I have gotten  everything on my ring from dirt to spray paint and marine epoxy!  It is very durable.  Never bent a prong or chipped a diamond.   The spray paint and marine epoxy required professional attention.

5. What kind of ring do you have? pics are welcome!

I have a solitare set as low as possible on a plain band.

I’ve only worn my ring for 15 months but it’s over 100 years old.

I don’t baby it at all. Wear it all of the time including doing horses and dogs etc.

Its platinum.

One of the prongs is everso slightly wonky. Meant to get it straightened when Darling Husband gave it to me but we just never got around to it (yet)

i figured it’s been worn and I think loved for 100 years so it’ll do ok with me 🙂

I wore it daily for about 10 years, then sporadically for the next 8 or so years.  When I did wear it, I wore it 24/7 – only took it off to clean it or when fixing “messy” food stuff.

14k yellow gold with I don’t know, white gold probably? prongs on the center row’s stones (the rest is channel set into the yellow gold)

18 years

I had the prongs “re-tipped” I think they call it.  More as a precaution than anything

Wow, hard to describe, it has three rows in one ring, center stones are prong set princess, outer rows are channel set baguettes

1. Do you baby it or do you wear it to do everything? I wear my ring everday, remove when I go to sleep and usually don’t wear around the house

2. What is the metal of your ring? Platinum

3. How long have you had it? 11 years

4.How well has it held up/any damage or wear? Ever had to have it repaired? One of my diamonds fell out a few months ago but I hit it and the prong care clean off. I’ve never even had it polished. It’s developed a patina but is still pretty shiny and not too scratched up

5. What kind of ring do you have? pics are welcome!

I have a pear three stone with baguettes.

1. Do you baby it or do you wear it to do everything? I wore my first ring all the time – never took it off

2. What is the metal of your ring? 14 kt gold

3. How long have you had it? The stone was loose at 20 years and needed to be repaired. I had it for 27 years when the shank finally broke. I had them replaced at that point.

4.How well has it held up/any damage or wear? Ever had to have it repaired? Just the above.

5. What kind of ring do you have? pics are welcome! I was married the first time in 1982. The marriage lasted 29 years. IT was a pear shaped diamond with 5 small diamonds scattered around the main stone.
