Gah!  Oh no!  I’m so so sorry your proposal is getting delayed.  I think it’s sweet that he held off because he thought asking your mom was what you wanted though.  Sounds like he wants everything to be perfect for that special moment.  Here’s hoping for a New Year’s proposal for you two!  Just think of this as a funny story he can tell at your rehearsal dinner πŸ™‚

@MissBoPeep: I know what you mean haha, I’ve said stuff before that I seriously think has delayed the proposal! So frustrating! πŸ˜‰

Oh no! But how adorable. Seems like he had a pretty good plan. Hopefully he’ll keep it in play for the real deal! I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed for you!

@MissBoPeep: oh man, the same thing happened to me. he was going to propose on christmas,  and panicked at the last minute– he decided he must ask my dad first. (which is silly because we were both past 30 and our family is not traditional at all so really that wasn’t necessary.)  but I had suspected that he was going to propose on christmas and felt disappointed when he did not.

anyway, the proposal came 2 days after christmas. I didn’t know it was coming, so it was completely a surprise.

hopefully on new years! good luck to you!
