Hi ladies!! I have struggled with my weight all of my life. I can’t say I’m extremely heavy but I definitely have chub. I was gifted a Wii for Christmas last year along with the game Just Dance 3. Now let me tell you-I LOVE IT!!! They have this “Just Sweat” section that you can choose to do the equivalent of walking, running or swimming each day-and there is a 7 day challenge or an instant one. I’ve been doing the 7 day challenge for a few months now, but I haven’t been doing all 7 days at all!! I do maybe 5 days?? And because I love it, I keep doing it. I’ve now been told by several people that I have lost weight! My fiance literally tells me every single week, and I promise you he’s not sucking up-he’s not the type to do that. So if you want something fun to do that doesn’t feel like a workout yet makes you lose weight, definitely get Just Dance 3!! Does anyone else use it??
Edit: I would like to add that I was in the military for 7 years, and all we did for physical training was running, pushups and situps. I hated doing those, and once I left, I swore I would never run again!! This has been working wonderfully for me!
