3ish hours, maybe more depending on the vibe. Sometimes people linger, sometimes it’s a mass exodus.

Mine was four hours which is more typical of weddings I’ve been to.

Ceremomy at 530, cocktail hour at 600, reception at 7, end at 11pm.

Ours is 5 hours including the cocktail hour. Most that I have attended were between 4-5 hours long.

I think the standard is around 4 – 5 hours,  including the cocktail hour, from my experience.

We had an included 4 hour reception with our venue. If we wanted anything more we had to pay by the hour. We ended up getting a deal and getting 5 hours. I was there until the 5th hour ended. I was having so much fun. Only 2 guests had left before us!

I think they are around 3-4 hours. But I guess that depends what kind of reception you are having. We only have our venue for 5 hours. The ceremony will be at 12 and the reception immediately following (no cocktail hour).

Mine will last from 6 to 10 (not including cocktail hour).  That is about how long I feel most receptions are.  About 3-4 hrs plus a cocktail hour.

Most venues here have a 4 hour reception included with the package. You have the option to add more time if needed for an additional charge. We are scheduling 8 hours total from start of ceremony to “you don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here.” Our ceremony and reception are in the same location, and starts at 4pm. We did it this way so there’s no need to travel between 2 venues, and the party last long enough to spend time with all our guests (all 200 of them, lol).
