Same here. while our dating has helped us grow so much as a couple, and learn a lot about each other, I knew I’d marry him pretty much immediately when we started dating.

As cheesy as this sounds, I knew that very night I got home from our first date which was 2 years ago.

Right away. He was different. Different in all the ways that made him THE ONE. And no, it wasn’t like it was love at first sight, but i knew there was just something about him that was unlike any other guy I had been with before. Almost 7 years later, I was right ๐Ÿ™‚

this is so totally cheesy, but i knew the second he said, "hey, i’m so-and-so." this really weird feeling came over me, i got goosebumps all over the place and got realllllly overheated to the point where i swear i was having a hot flash! and then the heavens opened up and all i could hear was "ahhhh"!

okay just kidding about that last part!

In retrospect, I knew within a couple weeks, but was in denial about it.  I guess I just didn’t want to get my hopes up.  We’ve talked about it now since we got married and we both knew pretty early on.  We’ve been together for almost 6 years and we both said that the 3 year mark was the definate yay/nay moment for both of us.

I knew within the first few months, at first I wasn’t interested at all.  I’m glad he convinced me to go on a few dates with him, I’m very lucky he cared enough to do that!

I think it was about 5 or 6 months for me.  Right around when I knew I was completely in love with him.

@Flamingo: we moved in after 3 months, too!  Things moved so fast, I think we were already there before I recognized it!

Mr. Sushi and I had a really rocky first year together. The kind of year which makes people question why we even stayed together. We broke up, got back together and he made some changes that made our relationship a million times better. We moved in together after our second year together and things have been sooo wonderful and solid. That’s when I knew he was the one. He just had to grow up the first year we were together. :o)

I knew something felt right the night we went on our very first date, but I was in denial about it until about a month in!  2 years later, and we’re 101 days away from the aisle!

We knew each other for well over a year before we started dating.  Once we started dating I knew within a matter of weeks that he is THE ONE.
