We’re both 28.  I went off BC suddenly, in the middle of a pack basically exactly how you’re not supposed to do it.  We got pregnant the second cycle after that and I’m now 13 weeks.

@phoebephoebo:  thanks 🙂 It is very discouraging when it takes that long, I know. I had pretty much given up…so much so that when my period was late I didn’t even bother taking a test. Took me until 6 days after my missed period until I decided I should take a test 🙂

We both thought we were in good health, but after a year of no joy, we finally found out that I have PCOS, and Hashimotos.  I was 35 (almost 36) when we started trying, and it’s been a long journey.  BUT, 3.5 years, 6 miscarriages, 2 surgeries, a lifestyle change, many MANY pills, and even more testing later, we are now finally 15 weeks pregnant with a little girl.  I fully believe that this little girl will be one that we get to hold and love here on earth, FINALLY!

It basically took us one cycle of NTNP (the cycle before he was out of town for a while, so even though we were technically NTNP, there was 0% chance). I was 27 and he was 39 at the time. Now we’ve each had a birthday, and are expecting our little girl in 6 weeks! Good luck!

@CraftyBelka:  We started trying in July, I turned 32 in September, and then we conceived in October. I’m 16 weeks pregnant now. So, it took about 4 months.

I was on BC for 5+ years, and got KU immediately after I stopped taking it (26 years old). Now 6w4d. It shocked me. I was planning to go back on BC and didn’t even think getting pregnant that fast was possible! (Naive, I now know).

6 months, 4 cycles (I was recently diagnosed with PCOS). I conceived on my first cycle of Clomid.

I’m 32, husband is 39, we are both extremely healthy and active individuals with no illnesses aside from the PCOS.

I’m 25 and we got pregnant on our first try. We talked about having a baby and looked at when I was fertile in December and only had sex one day out of my fertile time frame and it worked.

I was on bc for 12 straight years and turned 31 in October. We are both healthy, no known health issues, and got pregnant on our 2nd cycle.

I am 27 (turning 28 in May) and hubby is 35. I got pregnant on my first cycle trying. I was off BC for half a year and have been taking prenatals for that time. I used OPKs and we “tried” every day of the FW. I feel very blessed! 6w+6d for me today 🙂

@OldMrsMcDonald: Crossing my fingers for you and wishing you a quick TTC time again. All the best!

@WifeOfD:  That’s mad. I had a chemical last month and quite a few knock backs so can totally understand not even bothering testing!! I hope the rest of your pregnancy goes well. I’ve a couple of friends who got KU after a long wait and I know that the stess doesn’t stop once you see the two lines!!
