Omg he still teases me about this because it was so unlike me but it was within the first week of dating! We had been friends for awhile and we were 18 and did it in my car in his parents driveway. It’s kinda funny but not like me lol

Hmm…probably a month before we decided to be exclusive? I met him when he moved in with me (my roommate at the time was his BFF since like Jr High, and he decided to move to Philly, needed a place to live, and we had a spare room). Total instant attraction, and we did the FWB thing for about a month before deciding to be FWB exclusively with each other. We consider that time when we started dating, even though we weren’t calling each other boyfriend/girlfriend…and we’re both really fuzzy on when that happened.
ETA: Long story short, I slept with him two days after I met him. It probably would have been the first night, but I was on my period.

Hmmm, I really can’t remember exactly. I know I stayed over the first night because we had such a great night that we lost track of time and he didn’t want me taking mass transit home so late. He even offered to sleep on the couch (an offer I did not take him up on). We waited a little longer before we were intimate, but it couldn’t have been too much longer because our relationship progressed pretty fast. I was over pretty much every weekend and moved in just shy of 6 months, engaged at a year, and married 5 months later. But we were both older and knew things were different from the beginning.

1st date, here! He copped a feel while we were making out a week before our first date (GREAT weekend at the cabin. 😉 ) I have no idea how it happened on the 1st date though. Guess it just.. happened. And then it got better as the years went by!

Thanks everyone– I’m glad we aren’t alone!!!
And I second the vote for a “super judgmental facial expression” smiley!

“Intimate”: Within the first 3 months (can’t remember the exact time period) we were all the way to 3rd base.
We didn’t have sex for a year and a half, though. So we were quick off the blocks but slowed a bit to the finish line. : D

We were classmates in college, so we had been chatting and flirting for a couple months. He invited me over one weekend to “watch a movie” and I slept over but we just kissed. The next night we had sex =). We weren’t even dating technically, it was more of a FWB relationship for a few months– he wasn’t seeing or sleeping with anyone else, but I was. I was a freshman and therefore a lot wilder, he was in his fifth year.

Waiting for marriage, but at the finish line it will have been 3 years and 3 months.

I gave it up on the 3rd date. It was terrible, hahaha. So we went for it again like a week later, and magic happened, been moving and grooving together ever since. LOL

@juliette.eliza: We started ours the same way but it worked for us, so I don’t think it’s the worst way!

we didnt even make it to a 1st date!!
my husband and I were friends, just friends in middle and highschool. Then we moved home and started to hang out again after college, we went to a party together one night, then went home together and that was that, we went from friends to hooking up, to dating a few weeks later, then got married 3 years after that, guess we never even went on a first date before we did the deed, oh well it was ment to be!
