@juliette.eliza: Whoops, us too! We slept together a few times over about 4 months before we acutally started dating. When we became more interested in each other (not sleeping together at that point), we held off for about 1 month before being intimate again to make sure we were interested in each other for the right reasons

Second date…..dinner/drinks…more drinks back at his place, and then a dip in his hot tub on the roof (yes he had a hot tub and I tried to act not impressed but I really was). Then he put on some music and started dancing for me and yes I gave it up pretty quickly after that.

Yikes. First date. Which I don’t do (even though everyone says that! – I really don’t), but who cares it worked out in the end 😉

We started dating when we were 12… so we waited 3-5 years. We were in grade 11.

We waited 4.5 years, until we were married.

Erm, we weren’t even dating, so -3 weeks? We were best friends and it just kindof happened one night… We tried to just stay as “friends with benefits” for a while, but it soon became clear that we were much much more than that.

We were very young and we waited a year! Probably the hardest year of our lives, but we have been together for 11 yrs now. It’s definately a personal choice, but i could never personally marry someone i havent slept with or lived with…

We waited six months. I was all set to wait till marriage, but it didn’t end up that way. But that’s okay. I definitely don’t regret it. 🙂

12 days. Which is not something I ever thought I’d do. I was very much the “save sex for marriage” type, which turned into “save sex for the future husband”. We’d known each other for 3 years and some change and dated before, so that affected things. I wouldn’t have had sex with someone I didn’t know like I knew him.

We waited about 3 years. He was very patient! 🙂

10 months. I kind of wish we had waited longer. I felt I was getting older (22), I was a virgin, and our relationship was in a bad place and I felt like it would help. I even knew at the time that it was stupid reasoning.
