@Diamond84:  Holy crap! There was only one person voting when I went in. While I was voting another person came in. There were 2 cars pulling in the parking lot when I left. I live in a rural area. FWIW, I voted around 9 am. Lol. California!

We dropped off our mail in ballots around 5 PM… There was no line.  I’ve never had a line to vote.  Places that do really ought to open more polling places.

I live in Florida. I waited 30 minutes in line a week ago during early voting. A good friend of mine waited 4 hours on Saturday in Ft. Lauderdale. It’s nuts here.

Only about 20 minutes maybe? I got there 15 minutes before the polling place opened so I obviously had to wait for it to open, but at 7 when it did open, I would say maybe 20 minutes.

NYC (Manhattan)- 5 minutes. But my polling place serviced 2 districts and the line was super long and for some reason my district (out of the two) got pulled out and expedited and the other district took way longer. They were very irate.

@Diamond84:  Some reports have lines being 7-8 hours around Miami. I don’t know what’s wrong with Florida that it can’t get its act together when it comes to voting.

I waited about 30 minutes here in Atlanta but I know people who waited for over 2 hours here at other polling locations.
