My bachelorette party is this Friday and I’m getting pretty excited!
Just out of plain curiosity, how long did your bachelorette party last from start to finish?
Please feel free to share what you did.

mscuppycake: It was just my Maid/Matron of Honor and I and our moms actually, lol. It was a mother-daughter bonding party, which was fine with me because my other two bridesmaids couldn’t make it. We spent from about 5-midnight or so having some drinks, a few games, and some awesome BBQ at my MOH’s house. It was relaxing.
Long weekend at a spa. It was incredible, and so relaxing.
We’re doing dinner and a party bus. 5:30-2am. It’s a coed with my fiancé and all our friends. Made the most sense to us.
It was 2 nights in Banff, Friday-Sunday, but less than 48 hours. The first night was dinner and partying and the second night was more low key, since most of us were hungover. I think we tried to play games and had pizza, but it seemed like we all just wanted to chill haha. We all left after checkout on Sunday.
We’re going to NYC and staying with one of my bridesmaid’s parents (they have a huge lovely home in the city and offered for us to stay for free, which was so nice of them). So we’ll be there that Friday afternoon/evening through Sunday morning/afternoon.
We started with brunch at one of the girls houses, then did 3-4 wineries and then dinner afterwards. So about 9-10 hours total.
we went to NYC for an overnight, so not including 3 hours to travel each direction. lunchtime on saturday to after breakfast on sunday. this one was just my bridesmaids.
the weekend of DH’s bach party, my girls arranged dinner out for a sort of 2nd bach party. that lasted about 3 hours.
We are going to Pittsburgh, PA for a girls weekend (2 hours away) – leaving Friday, coming home Sunday. Plan to sightsee Friday, lay by the pool all day Saturday, then go out on the town that night. I don’t want it to be a traditional bachlorette party- just a reason for the girls to go out of town and have a fun weekend!
The guys are going to Windsor for the weekend.
We started with mismosas and snacks at one of my BMs, went to a baseball game, then to the bars nearby. I think it was around 8 hours total. I cannot stand overnight bachelorette parties, they just do not seem enjoyable to me personally.
Started at the wineries with our limo leaving around 1 pm. The limo brought us downtown for dinner followed by clubs, then we crashed at my downtown apartment around 2 am. It was nice having little segments bc older ladies and ladies with babies dropped off as the night went on.
We just went bar hopping, but we started with dinner first around 7pm & got back around 3am. Lots of fun in those 8 hours 😉
Just had mine and we went to Ocean City, MD from Thursday to Sunday. We did days on the beach, nights at bars, one dinner out and one day at Secrets. (Google it since its an amazing place). It could have been one day shorter as 10 girls in 1 condo for 3.5 days is a bit much but overall it was a perfect weekend. My Maid/Matron of Honor did themes every night – Cowboy theme for the country bar, black dress night for the girls and me in a white one for dinner night, captains hats and nautical theme for Secrets and America theme for the last night. We rented a condo for about $150 a person, everyone was on their own for meals, fridge was stocked with booze and we became friends with a Bachelor party that weekend and hung with them so our drinks out were pretty much paid for. Overall we nailed it. 🙂 have fun at yours!!!!!
mscuppycake: we went to Jamaica for 4 or 5 days. I can’t remember which one. Lol
Heather26: Love to see that your coming to Pgh for your party! Where do you plan to go out?
