I am working on a preliminary “day of” schedule, and the biggest question mark right now is bridal party getting ready time. I have 6 bridesmaids, and while I’m not yet sure who will want to get their hair and makeup done professionally, it is possible that they will all be interested. I am having a make-up artisti and hair stylist come to the venue on wedding day, and we have the bridal suite as early as we need it.
So, my question for the married Bees or for those of you who have this figured out: How long did it take your hair stylist to do each bridesmaid and how long for you?

@lauraminn: I have the same number of bridesmaids and our lady is coming on site. She said about an hour per peron with a little extra for me. She also allocated a little extra time for touch ups. She did say that because we had a bigger party she was going to bring along 3 other artists. It really depends on he many artists you will have. I would email your stylists as mine did the schedule for me!

@lauraminn: I just contacted my MUA because I was wondering about this. I have first look photos at 12 noon so, I need to be ready by 11:45. She will start at 7:15am to do my two sister’s hair (one side chignon, one all down), mother’s hair (side pony or all down) and make-up to be done by 9:45am. She noted, she will start my hair (side chignon) and airbrush make-up about 9:45am – 11:30am and will do any touch-ups after that. It works out to about an hour for each girl and almost 2 hours for the bride. She may have also considered the easier hairstyles.
Best of luck figuring out your timeline!!
