(Closed) How long should a wedding dress be?

@Salas2Sierra:  Do you mean, that the dress feels about 1-1 1/2 inches longer than right at the floor?  I’m thinking that you’d want the dress to fall right at the floor (to prevent tripping), but looking at your photo, I’m not really seeing much of a problem there!

floor length.. and that is a different number for everyone. It does look 1-1/12 inches too long. The person doing your alterations should know what looks best on you… if you are unsure you can always ask the people that sold you the dress.

@Salas2Sierra:  Your dress doesn’t look too bad. I agree with @pengoala:  it should just hit the floor.

If you don’t want to have the dress hemmed, you could always try a slightly higher heel! 🙂
