So I have been on WW since December, but have really been hitting my stride these past few weeks.
I’m down 12lbs since I started (7 of those in the past 2 weeks) but I don’t feel any different.
My clothes are fitting the same, my measurements have barely changed. When my mom saw me she didn’t believe I’d lost 10lbs because my face hasn’t changed and my body didn’t look any different.
How long did it take your body to catch up with the pounds lost?
I was feeling really good but just looked at my e-party pics and I have a slight double chin in most of them. Even at my heaviest I didn’t have a double chin.
Any personal experiences would be very helpful.

I lost 40 lbs on WW a few years ago and due to the fact that the weight loss with WW is slow and steady generally (which is HEALTHY!), it was really hard to notice any changes since they were all gradual. So even at 40 lbs down, I didn’t really feel or look that different – because I was with myself every day and the changes were so slow and gradual.
Obviously, my clothes size changed – just about every 10-15 lbs lost I would lose a pant size…so you are probably right at the cusp of your first big change.
Keep up the hard work! WW is a great plan! 🙂

@R.Elliott: I LOVE WW and have done it before. Last time I noticed a big change in my clothing after 10lbs. I guess my body is just a little slower to catch up this time.
I’m halfway to my goal so I was hoping for more of a difference I guess.
