(Closed) How long to give etsy seller to respond?

@jessyrez:  My thought process is, if they don’t respond in a timely manner, you most likely won’t get the item in a timely manner!

@jessyrez:  Sorry, I had a little trouble reading your entire post, but sometimes checking emails are at the end of the suppliers lists. Sometimes they get so busy that they don’t get a chance to respond. I’d give it a week or two before moving on.

If they are a business, they should act professional. Anything past 48 hours without a “I’m busy I’ll get back to you” acknowledging they received your email is just a poor reflection on how they provide their products and services. I would stress about getting my items in time if they can’t respond in time before they even have my money!

There are some parts of your comment that aren’t easy to understand (autocorrect gone wild?), but give the seller a few days.    If this is a side business, the seller might have a day job and only be able to respond in the evenings.   If this is the seller’s full time business, they might not work on the weekends.     Although there are some huge companies using etsy as a front, the idea behind etsy is that it is a place for individuals to sell their products.
