It varies, but you’re going to get a lot more mileage out of the workouts because you’re improving your diet as well. I facepalm every time I see someone at the gym that hits the treadmill for a half hour, and then drinks a giant frappuchino as their ‘reward’. If you’re eating better and going to the gym regularly, you’ll see results in a month or two.
2-3 weeks until I start noticing it, 4-6 weeks until other people go “Wow! You look different!”
Though I’m really jealous! I go to the gym 5 days a week, and I don’t have half the rockin’ body you do!
