It really depends on a few things, is your buffet 1 sided or double sided? Double sided will speed things up quite a bit. With 110, you might want to consider different stations or double sides. With just 1 single sided buffet it’ll probably take about 20-30 minutes for everyone to get through at the most, but it really deends on how fast people move or linger and how many options you have to choose from plus you may have people in line for 2nds by the time people decide to get up towards the end of the line. My sister had about 135 at her wedding and the crepe station alone took about 35-45 minutes for everyone to get served but the wait itself was because it was a station that they actually made crepes at instead of pre-made food. Buffet lines always tend to move fairly quickly as long as there’s not some form of station that you’re waiting at. Also make sure your cater is on top of refreshing any empty trays because this can cause a hold up as well with people waiting for fresh trays of food.

I agree with Cricket. Buffets can move quickly especially if they are double sided. See if this is an option.

Double sided buffets go much quicker than one sided. There are steps you can take to making it go quicker yet. Have menus on the tables at each place setting listing the options and if there is anything in any dish that includes something people may be allergic to (peanuts, etc) so that guests can read them over when they sit down to see what is available and what to avoid. Also, on the buffet table, have small cards listing what each item is since not everything may be identifiable on sight.

The last couple weddings that I attended had 200 people with a double sided buffet line. They also had cards on the buffet table telling what each item was. From beginning to end, it only took maybe a half hour at most to get everyone through the line once.

If you have your buffet double sided, it will probably take about 20-30 minutes for everyone to go through.  Have your DJ or MC dismiss tables a few at a time and you wont have to worry about people standing in line forever either.
