My e-ring fits fine at the base of my finger where it sits.  However, it is very tight going over my knuckle.  I have large knuckles, but I didn’t want the ring to spin when it’s on, so it’s sized for my finger.  It is very tough to get it on and off, but a little cold water and sometimes the addition of soap (or Windex) helps it slide over my knuckle.  If I’m hot and my finger swells up, there’s no way it’s coming off.  Just have to wait it out until the swelling goes down.

Mine is about a half size too big, but I like it that way.  I take it off to clean, sleep, and shower, and when I go swimming I will take it off as well.  I don’t like the way rings look on my finger when they fit really tightly.

Mine is tight. They actually made my wedding band a 1/4 size too small, so its VERY difficult to take off. I actually prefer it that way because I don’t want it to slip off as I don’t have very large knuckles.

yikes – those look really tight and uncomfortable – it takes me about 3 seconds to get mine off.

My ring is a little loose but that is because I told my Fiance a 1/2 size larger than my finger actually is. I work a lot with my hands so my fingers swell alot. So, by the middle of the day it fits perfect.

This is the bane of my existence now! I don’t know what’s worse: having the rings be too loose and spinning and constantly worrying they’re going to fall off, or the rings cutting off my circulation and showing a finger “muffin top!” Having knuckles that are bigger than your finger is the worst! Sometimes I wish I would’ve gotten one of those European shank rings to make sure the solitaire doesn’t spin in the cold. But for now, I’m using the cold finger excuse to buy an eternity ring to put on top of the e-ring to make sure the mess doesn’t go flying off in the winter. There is sadly no great solution to any of this.

Mine are rather loose. In the winter, they are too loose, and spin a lot. They come off pretty easily. But, they still don’t just fly off. In the summer they fit much better; I have to really pull to get them off. However, they are never as tight as yours are in the photo–and it was 100 degrees here yesterday!

Mine slides on and off easily when I want it to; if I don’t attempt to remove it, it will stay on just fine. I’m also in 105 degree heat right now and it still fits fine. Lol.

Just had my e-ring sized down by three sizes! Was starting to feel a little uncomfortable with how loose it was getting. Took me 2 months and a lot of uhm’ing and ah’ing but so glad I bit the bullet as it now fits perfectly – very comfortable around the finger yet takes a little bit of effort to come off.

@likelimeade:  i wear rings on both hands. my wedding band is super wide, and when i’m really hot, or after exercising (HA! i mean walking to the shops to get chocolate) it wont come off lol. well, it will obviously, but with difficulty. strangely it doesnt bother me one bit! i never take it off anyways so its no big issue.

on my right hand i wear two rings, both 3mm wide. they are loose most of the time, and when i’m hot they fit perfectly. i prefer that fit because i take those rings off more, as there is a stone it the ‘e-ring’ one especially so i take them both off to shower, to wash up, to put on cream, to clean the stone etc. i wouldnt feel comfortable if they were tighter i dont think (but bear in mind it is summer so i might feel differently when its winter lol) i got a very slim 1.5mm wide silver band to stack on top of the ring set for when my hands shrink to make sure they’re wedged in place.

so for me, the fit depends on whether or not i intend to take the rings off regularly if that makes sense, as my band never comes off, i like it to fit well, and snug, butwith no sausage rolls lol, whereas rings i take on and off i like knowing that i can slip them on and off with ease.

Mine do not come off very easily, but they aren’t quite that tight!
