Ok, so we are having an open beer/wine bar, a champagne toast, and wine on the tables but we are also doing a hot beverage bar with baileys and kaluha to add if guests wish.
We have 76-80 guests. How many bottles of baileys and kaluha should we get? I was thinking 6 – 2 kaluha, 2 mint and 2 irish cream – is that too many? too few?

I should mention as well that the hot beverages will be out all evening – cocktail hour and during the dance… but I think the alcohol will be dispensed at the bar. There will be a sign that should you want baileys or kaluha to ask at the bar – this is to be confirmed but I don’t think our venue will let guests pour their own alcohol…

I feel like 4 would be good. That is just my feeling about it though, no hard reasoning. I doubt everyone will take advantage of the alcohol for their coffee or hot chocolate, so I don’t think more would get used.

I have a feeling though that people will want to drink the baileys straight on the rocks as well… I know I would 😛

I think your reasoning sounds about right. If it ends up being too much, take home the leftovers.
