How many children do you want?

One or, like, four :). I’m an only, so I think I could be an empathetic parent to another only, and I’m wicked organized, so I think I could handle a herd, but frankly I know SO many people with just one sibling (usually three years apart) who had a hellish time getting along with them when they were kids, so I kind of want to stear clear of the middle ground…..just my weird preference! My Fiance thinks I’m nuts.

I did want 3-5…then I had my son, the 8 lb. 14 oz. 23 in. chunkster lol. I had a rough pregnancy with him and then he tops it off by giving me a 3rd degree tear (took almost 3 months to heal). So now, I think I could go through it one more time in hopes for a girl, but I’m not deadset on having a girl (especially since my Mother-In-Law keeps pestering me for one) so I could call it quits with two boys 🤷🏻‍♀️ we’ll see.

Zero

I really worry about bringing a child into the world with the environment falling to pieces.

Also zero. There are way too many people on this planet already.

At first I wanted four, but with age I decided two would be best. I ended up with three and our family feels complete, so we’re done.

Four would be ideal for me 🙂 I am a big supporter of children having a small band of friends around at all times as they grow up. Siblings are so beneficial for kids.

Three would be fine, but five is too much lol

devoutwoman :  2 or 4. I’m afraid of having three and someone always getting left out, as I’ve personally experienced before. I want my kids to be emotionally close and have each others’ backs.

4 is my perfect number (dh just says as many as we can) but there’s a lot of flexibility in there! We have a three month old, and can’t wait to have more! It took us a couple years to have this one, but I thought pregnancy, birth, and having the baby haven’t been nearly as terrible as people love to tell you and honestly I wish I hadn’t let the naysayers scare me!

If we weren’t old I would say two but since we are both in our 40’s unless a miracle happens it will just be one.
