(Closed) How many days late were you when you got a positive pregnancy test?

6 days or so before I was due my peeiod 🙂

MrsBellValley:  My positive was also before AF was due.

I had been charting and noticed that my temps had stayed way higher than what they usually were at, even after ovulation, past months. AF was supposed to come either the Saturday/Sunday, but I tested that Thursday and got a positive.

I also got a faint positive a week before my period was due.  Those Clearblue Digitals with the weeks estimators are very sensitive!!

My mom was telling me recently that she has never gotten a positive on a home pregnancy test. She has four children, and has been pregnant five times (one miscarriage) and has had to get a blood test done every time to confirm pregnancy suspicions early on. My sister had one pregnancy that was the same way. Obviously I think if they’d taken an HPT later on in the pregnancies it would be positive, but they didn’t find out that way. If AF doesn’t come soon, you might want to get a blood test done.

It took me exactly 18 days to get a positive… let’s say I was not proud of how much I spent on pregnancy test =P
