I have 5 bridesmaids and am planning to do the mismatched dress look. I’m thinking that I will go with the same length/fabric/designer just with different necklines.
My question is, how many different necklines should there be between the five bridesmaids? Do I pick two or three necklines and let them just pick between those or should all 5 of them have a different dress?
im worried about it looking a little off with such a small bridal party. for example, if three of the five choose the same dress I feel like that may be a little unbalanced looking.
Did any else go this route? How big was your bridal party and how many different styles did you choose? Pictures would be appreciated!

Honestly, I don’t think it really matters… That’s not something I notice.

My girls all happened to pick different dresses (most had 2 choices and worked among themselves to each have a diff, but I really didn’t care).

I think as long as they are all in same fabric, length and color, they can all have mismatched necklines.

I had 5 bridesmaids, and let them all choose any dress they wanted from Alfred Sung, provided that it came in the dupioni fabric. I chose AS bridesmaid dresses because of the wide variety of styles, but they all look like they belong together. All of my girls ended up choosing dresses with straps/sleeves but they have many strapless options as well.

I agree with others. Let them pick the dress neckline they like the most. It will matter not a jot.

One each. No ,seriously , it will not matter at all so long as they are the same length, colour fabric etc.
