Some answers I have heard are 10% more. Another said 25-50. As of right now, I only need 30 invites. 3 extra seems low and 25-50 would just about double what I really need. I don’t want to invite too many people because honestly I can’t afford to feed them. Lol. Anyway, I was thinking 5-10 extra. What are your thoughts?

I would love to know too, we need 26 invites, and I think I will order 30. I will just worry about my hand writing on the invites, I’m terrible at it, I think the worst case I will stick a label on it and write again. The post office these days are quite reliable, I think will spend more money on a more secure method for overseas postage, for local guests, I will just hand them over.

I assume you’re talking about invitations?
I ordered 3 extra, gave 2 to the moms for scrap booking and then had to take one of them back from the moms to send out to a guest who’s got lost in the mail. Then the last one I have saved for the photog to take pictures with our rings and stuff on the day. I’d better get it back or I won’t have one!
So I’d suggest at least 5? My Maid/Matron of Honor says she has 10 from her wedding and hasn’t done a thing with them.

I’m ordering 10-15 extra. One each for mom, Mother-In-Law, and I to keep (i’ll be framing mine), and the rest in case of errors.
