For a CD, I suggest one per person if they’re coming alone, and one per couple if they’re coming together (most household’s don’t need two copies of the same CD)

We put people’s names on a tag on our favors and then had a few extra that just said "guest" in case someone unexpectedly showed up (which they did). It worked out great.

Our CDs were sets of 2 (one my choice of music, one his).  Each single guest got a set, and each couple got a set.  We had 90 guests total, and I think we made 75 sets…which was too much, but we also wanted to send a set to anyone who sent us a gift but could not be there.  (We had a bunch of people from out of town and others who just couldn’t make it.) The discs themselves were custom ordered and I could only buy them in lots of 100, so we’ve got quite a few left over, but I didn’t want the risk of screwing up in the burn process and not having enough of the discs.
