I said 8- anything even a little less and I still feel groggy the next day!

Normally 8 but I can function as a civilized human being with 6. Any less and I’m a raging biatch.

Being pregnant, I’m always tired no matter how many hours I sleep. Before pregnancy, I needed at least 7 or 8.

I need 9 to wake up easily and happy!

I know this is a lot but I am willing to schedule my days to ensure I get my 9 hours!

8-9 to feel truly rested. I try to get 8 hours every night if at all possible.

I WISH I was superman and vote “0” but… I have to say 6 hours. I am not completely refreshed about 6 hours, but I rarely sleep more than that~ so I guess my body is comfortable with it! LOL

9 is ideal. If, liek today, I can wake up whenever I wake up, then I know the magic window to feel refreshed is 8h30m-9h30m. If I sleep longer than that, it’s counterproductive. I have a hard time functioning at full efficiency at less than 7 hours, so during the week I try to get 7-8 hours.

It’s hard to say because the meds I take make me sleep a lot. I never feel really refreshed. I’ve always had issues with that. It’s embarrassing, but probably 9-11.

I would say 9 to be 100% refreshed and happy to get up. Does that ever happen? No. I wake up in the middle of the night all the time, too.

I need 8, but 9 is better. I can function on a single night with little sleep (~5 hrs), but then have to catch up sleep the next night or I’m done for.

9 hours. But 10 would be the most optimal. My Fiance can sleep for 6 hours and be completely refreshed, meanwhile I’m a grumpy wreck.
