amelliafay:  What time will your ceremony be commencing and when will your reception commence? Are you having two photographers? It really depends on your timeline … Also, if you do photos before your ceremony then that cuts down on time too. We will be having ours for 10 hours. Getting ready (12 p.m.-1 p.m. with Fiance and the boys, 1-230 p.m. with me and my side), Ceremony will be at 3 p.m. and by the time we leave Church it will be 4 p.m., family and wedding party/us 4-530 p.m.ish, (guests will arrive at reception for 5 p.m. for cocktail hour while we have photos taken) dinner starts at 630 and will go on until about 8:30 and then we are having our dances and cake cutting so he will get some party shots before he is scheduled to finish. We aren’t doing bouquet and garter tosses. I could not see having less than 8 hours unless you were getting ready at the venue, had your reception and ceremony in the same location, had your photos done before the ceremony instead of after, as well as doing the cake cutting before dinner and all the other stuff directly after. I would consider it, unless you don’t mind some of those photos coming from your guests instead … Talk to your event coordinator to find out a timeline that works for you to find out exactly how long things should take (we are having a four course sit down, hence the two hours including speech times and that would be for 80-90 people) …
