I usually have a rule to look at three- but if you know your area/ what neighborhoods you already want, what you are looking for, and what a good deal is or decent neighbors- then I could see myself chosing after just one.  In general, I try to see 3.

We’ve never rented a house before (way too expensive here), but WOW, that house is awesome!

Holy Moses, that house is gorgeous. If you get it, can I move in too? Joking of course, but WOW. That is my dream kitchen.

I just looked at 1 other one before I settled on my apartment now, and they were in the same building. I just new the building/neighborhood were perfect for me. I’ve lived here for 4 years now and couldn’t be happier. When you know, you know.

Seriously, that house looks gorgeous. You can bet it won’t be available too much longer.

    Wow! this house is amazing!!!
I like to look at many options before deciding, in order to find the best home at a price that fits our budget. We haven’t an unlimited budget, quite the contrary, so it makes it more difficult becouse we are very picky.

The house has to be in a good and quite area near beach or nature (but also near stores etc), must be sunny and bright, with no humidity, cozy and comfortable …
Keep in mind that you’re going to live there, and when you get home tired, you have to feel confortable at home, so you could disconnect from work!

We look in a lot of apartments before we rent our, and we make a good decision! but it’s true that at the moment that we visit the one, we rent it at the moment!!!  now I enjoy every minute on it and I feel very blessed !! I really feel it as our home!

Anyway!! that house is absolutelly georgeus!! soooo If you like it, don’t waste your time!! rent it right now!!

We looked at 5 before we rented our current apartment, including some horrible pieces of shit (we saw one apartment with the shower IN THE KITCHEN!).  Once we found our place, we stopped looking, because it felt like home.  If you are well informed about where you want to be (which it sounds like you are), I say don’t feel pressed to keep looking if you find something you love.  And that place is very cute 🙂

We looked at a handful, but we had ruled out a ton online for not meeting our list of requirements.

    That house looks super cute!!!

I’ve rented 3 houses and 2 apartments, and each time I looked at about 5 before I signed a lease. I don’t think there is AS MUCH pressure as buying a house but I did want to see the interior and make sure it lived up to the photos, and get a feel for the neighborhood. In my experience, no rental is perfect (just like most {affordable} homes aren’t perfect!) and I’ve had to settle on some detail, but it’s always worked out. The most important thing is to find a place that both you and your Fiance feel comfortable in and that meets all of your needs.

Before we found our current apartment we visited over 10 and online searched so many more…I have a feeling it will be the same when we purchase a home sometime next year.  We have looked at a few houses to rent but decided to save our money and buy something.
