I have 4 kids. They’re 12, 9, 7, and 3. They are involved in baseball, cheer, gymnastics, and music lessons. They’re straight A students. They’re involved in church activities. You can have more than one and still give them a great life. I think you just learn to juggle 🙂

Two – maximum. I definitely want one and depending on how the pregnancy/birth goes, I might just have one lol.

Two or three. I always figured I’d have 2 and if it was going well then we’d try for a third. If its going REALLY well, then 4. But thats tops.

I only want one child. I think that is best for the type of parent I want to be.

@mtnhoney:  I was an only child! I’m awkward&a little weird, but I am still very grateful for the way I was raised. I will do anything I can to provide my [future, unconceived] child with a sibling though. I have always had a little sore spot in my heart when my friends talk about the bond they have with their siblings.

@ChuckNorris:  Aww, thanks! I’m the first to tell you it’s not easy.  My youngest is special needs and is in therapy 2-3 times a week. There are many days I am ready for bed by dinnertime, but I realize that these days will go by faster than I know, and I will miss them. Like I said, learning to juggle is a much needed talent 🙂

I want two. I was an only child and while I loved it as a kid, I now kind of wish I had a sibling.

    Darling Husband wants 3+.

@FutureMrsShrewsbury:  Wow, all of that WITH a special needs child? That is crazy! I ork in pediatrics and I have a special place in my heart for special needs children, and an even more special place in my heart for the moms that take them on. Mild to moderate to severe, it’s all tough. *applause!*

@FutureMrsShrewsbury:  I want to be like you! I hope I have the energy.

I’d like 4 so we have a whole table full.  I just love being with family and I want a big loud chaotic noisy one.  I just worry about being physically able to (the preggo/birth part) and giving each child enough attention.

Hahaha. I love the wording of the biggest option – “Four or more (!?!)” My family has 8 siblings. If more than four deserves two questions marks and an explanation point, I don’t even know how preposterous my family is!

As for me, I feel like we probably won’t know the exact number until we start having kids, but we want a smaller family. Probably 2-3. I like the idea of fostering/maybe adopting later in life when our kids are older, but we’ll see.
